Biscardo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico

The Biscardo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico is grown on hills around Verona (150–400 m). Hand‑harvested; grapes are dried for 120 days to concentrate aromas and sugars. Fermentation can last up to 50 days at low temperature, followed by ageing in stainless steel and small barrels. The result: a powerful, dry Amarone—garnet red, warm cherry nose, velvety power and a subtle bitter almond finish. Gold at Mundus Vini 2025.
