The wine expresses a refined, salmon‑pink hue and pure Mediterranean character.

Tasting Notes

Colour: bright salmon pink.
Nose: refined aromas of small red fruits; strawberry, raspberry and cherry with a subtle passionfruit note.
Palate: pleasantly dry, fresh and elegant; fine acidity and a clean, aromatic finish.
Overall: delicate, refined and inviting — a classic Provençal rosé.

Serving Suggestions

Serving Temperature: 46–50°F (8–10°C).
Food pairings: excellent as an aperitif; pairs well with oriental dishes, a variety of fish, light grilled dishes and summer salads
