Grace O’Malley Dark Char Cask Limited Edition is a masterfully crafted blend of whiskeys aged up to 10 years. The high proportion of double‑distilled malt delivers a distinctly Irish character, while the finish in heavily charred American oak bourbon casks adds depth, softness and an elegant sweet finale.

The nose reveals caramel, vanilla, honey and subtle maritime hints. On the palate, a balanced salinity meets fruity and sweet notes. The finish evokes fine oriental pastries — sweet, lightly salty and gently toasted.
