Packed with ripe red fruit: cherries, blackberries and ripe strawberries. 50% Syrah, 50% Xinomavro; hand‑harvested at 720 metres in one of Greece’s principal wine regions, where marked diurnal temperature shifts enhance aroma development. Aged 12 months in French oak followed by 12 months in bottle; oak is well integrated with a touch of vanilla on the finish. Tannins are present yet gentle; an elegant, balanced wine with clear gastronomic aging potential — served for over five years as the second house wine at Michelin‑starred De Librije.
