Important shipping policy
We ship only within Germany. We do not deliver to other countries.
Ordering and pickup for the Netherlands
Customers in the Netherlands may place orders and collect them in person at Ad Fundum in Elten (Germany). Pickup is the only option for deliveries to the Netherlands.
Costs
Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we use DHL Germany.
- Germany: (including statutory VAT) from €9.90; delivery time 3–5 working days.
Orders containing alcohol
Orders that include alcohol are not delivered to private addresses. Alcohol shipments are delivered to a DHL pickup point / service point near you due to mandatory age verification at handover.
Delivery Times
- Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
- Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
- If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Important terms
- No delivery to private addresses; pickup only at designated points.
- Age verification is required at pickup; bring a valid ID.
- Any customs or import fees for shipments outside the EU are the recipient’s responsibility.
