Shipping and age verification
We ship within Germany and to the rest of Europe via DHL Germany. Shipments to the Netherlands are handled by DHL Netherlands. Orders containing alcohol are not delivered to private addresses but to DHL pickup points / service points nearby to allow mandatory age verification upon collection.
Costs and delivery times
- Germany: shipping fee from €4.90; delivery 1–3 business days.
- Netherlands: shipping fee from €6.90; delivery 2–4 business days.
- Rest of Europe: shipping fee from €12.90 depending on destination; delivery 3–10 business days.
Important terms
- No delivery to private addresses; pickup only at designated points.
- Age verification is required at pickup; bring a valid ID.
- Any customs or import fees for shipments outside the EU are the recipient’s responsibility.
