Colour: Pale pink with fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose: Elegant floral aromas of rose petals and white flowers, complemented by raspberry and subtle tropical hints.
Palate: Fresh with a light sweetness, juicy red fruit flavors, a soft mousse and balanced acidity. Pleasant, fruity finish.

Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.
Glassware: Flute or tulip glass to concentrate the bubbles and aromas.
