Dingle Distillery

Dingle Distillery is located in Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland. It was opened in 2012 and founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. Since then, it has built a strong reputation. As part of the Porterhouse Group, the distillery focuses on quality over quantity. Three large copper pot stills are used to produce Irish whiskey, while a smaller pot still is dedicated to gin and vodka. The result is a range of spirits with genuine Irish heritage.

The distillery is located in a former sawmill in Milltown. It honours Celtic tradition with whiskeys inspired by the Celtic calendar. Releases such as Grianstad an tSamhraidh and Lá an Dreoilín reflect Ireland’s cultural heritage. Numerous awards highlight the distillery’s craftsmanship. Dingle Distillery blends tradition and innovation to create authentic, artisanal spirits.
