Campo Crè Pinot Grigio originates from Ponte di Piave and is produced by Azienda Agricola Casa Baccichetto. The grapes grow on a vineyard plot located directly behind the winery; vineyard management focuses on integrated pest control with low environmental impact, complemented by leaf thinning and precise pruning. Vinification includes a brief skin‑contact period, static clarification of the must, and controlled fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks at around 18°C. This results in a fresh, clean Pinot Grigio with its characteristic aromas. The alcohol content is 12.5%; recommended serving temperature is 12°C.
