Duration
Our returns period is 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days we cannot offer a full refund or exchange
Return eligibility
- Condition: item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase: receipt or order confirmation required.
- Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
Non-returnable: perishable goods; intimate or sanitary items; hazardous or flammable materials; gift cards; downloadable software; certain health and personal care items.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for: books with obvious signs of use; opened media (CD, DVD, software, games, vinyl); items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts; items returned after 30 days.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Info@adfundum.de.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email Info@adfundum.de nd send the item to Ad Fundum Gmbh, Eltener Markt 13, 46446 Elten, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
