• Palate: pleasantly dry, fresh and elegant; fine acidity and a clean, aromatic finish.
• Overall: delicate, refined and inviting — a classic Provençal rosé.

• Serving Temperature: 46–50°F (8–10°C).
• Food pairings: excellent as an aperitif; pairs well with oriental dishes, a variety of fish, light grilled dishes and summer salads
• Serving tip: serve well chilled in a tulip glass; garnish with an orange slice or a sprig of fresh mint.
