Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose; this is, however, not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from the contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

• Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to alcoholic beverages whose original closure or security seal has been opened.
• Goods which, after delivery, have by their nature been inseparably mixed with other goods.
• Specially manufactured or individually configured products (e.g. personalised labels, special bottlings on customer request).

Condition of the returned goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Opened or broken-open bottles cannot be returned.
