Paul Mas Classique blends the aromatic richness of Viognier with the fresh, citrus character of Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes are sourced from vineyards around Marseillette, Limoux and Montagnac; each variety is vinified separately and aged on lees for 2 months in stainless steel tanks, producing an approachable, elegant white with floral and fruity intensity.
