Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep amber with ruby highlights.
• Nose: Concentrated dried fruits — figs, raisins, plums — with dark chocolate, candied orange peel and gentle vanilla.
• Palate: Full and rounded; molasses, toffee, baked plum, warm baking spices and subtle leather.
• Finish: Long and warming; lingering raisin and dark fruit sweetness with dry, spicy oak and a touch of cocoa and orange zest.

Serving suggestion

Best neat or with a few drops of water to open the aromatics; pairs well with dark chocolate, dried‑fruit desserts or strong blue cheese.
