Tasting Notes – Ringrone Castle Original Blend:

  • Appearance: Deep amber with warm golden highlights, indicative of American oak maturation.
  • Nose: Pronounced vanilla and caramel lead, with soft dried stone fruit and toffee. A faint coastal salinity and gentle oak spice add complexity.
  • Palate: Silky caramel and vanilla open the palate, followed by ripe dried fruit (apricot, raisin) and mild baking spices. Oak is present but well integrated.
