A characterful red wine made from Corvinone, Corvina and Cabernet using the traditional Appassimento method. Part of the harvest is dried for 120 days to concentrate aromas and depth. Only hand‑selected, healthy and perfectly ripe bunches are used. Grapes are placed in perforated crates in the fruttaio and checked regularly to ensure even appassimento.

Tasting Note

  • Colour: intense ruby red.
  • Aroma: spicy with cherries, black cherries and plum compote.
  • Palate: fine and velvety with soft tannins on the finish.
  • Serving temperature: 17–18 °C.
  • Food pairing: excellent with pasta in rich sauces, grilled red meat and aged cheeses.
