Hyde No.12 Pot Still Cask is Hyde Irish Whiskey’s very first single pot still release, capturing the spirit of Irish craftsmanship. Triple‑distilled from a blend of malted and unmalted barley and Irish oats, it matures for at least five years in alligator‑carte ex‑bourbon casks. This is followed by a powerful six‑month finish in ex‑Oloroso sherry butts. At 46% ABV and 70 cl, it delivers a perfect balance of fruit, spice and honeyed sweetness.
