This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from vineyards around Château de Corcelles. The limestone‑rich soil imparts a subtle minerality characteristic of the region. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine then matures partly in oak and partly in stainless steel.
