This distinctive Sicilian red wine is a carefully crafted blend of Frappato and Nero d'Avola, combining vibrant freshness with rich fruit and smooth texture.

Frappato is harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve its fresh, aromatic character. The must undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Nero d'Avola remains on the vine for a longer period, allowing the grapes to naturally dry slightly and develop greater concentration. The grapes are then carefully placed in wooden crates and gently pressed.
Both wines are blended exclusively from the same vintage. Fermentation is stopped early to retain the wine's natural fruit sweetness and balance.

Following fermentation, the wine matures for several months in stainless steel tanks, creating a harmonious balance of freshness, richness and fruit expression.
