We are expanding our selection with a new house‑brand Champagne: Comtesse Gérin. While Cuillier represents character and terroir, Comtesse Gérin highlights another side of the Champagne region — refinement rooted in centuries‑old tradition, crafted by a small estate at the foot of the Montagne de Reims.
About Comtesse Gérin
Origin and Character
Comtesse Gérin works a carefully cherished piece of Champagne land where time and craftsmanship determine when a cuvée is ready. The wines mature in cellars carved from stone and are the result of sustainable vineyard practices and a pursuit of rare quality.
Style and Ageing
Many bottles spend extended time on the lees (36–48 months sur lattes), creating rich autolytic notes — brioche, almond and subtle dried‑fruit nuances — while preserving a fresh, mineral core.

Positioning
The house combines the authenticity of a grower with the precision you expect from outstanding Champagne. The cuvées appear on select wine lists of top restaurants and at special occasions, and are now also available to you, our highly valued Ad Fundum customers.
Recommendation
Pairs beautifully with classic seafood, smoked fish and light foie‑gras dishes. It also shines elegantly on its own as an aperitif.
Availability
Comtesse Gérin produces on a small scale and is available only through select retailers and specialty shops. Ad Fundum has a limited first allocation — first come, first served.
