At Ad Fundum we love drinks with a story. That’s why we now offer a compact, carefully curated selection of ciders: five variants from two small producers — one from Scotland and one from Germany. Each maker works with characterful apple varieties and artisanal fermentation, but their signatures are completely different.

Scottish boldness

The Scottish ciders in our selection often show more body and a pronounced character. Think of a lightly tannic structure, sometimes a subtle smokiness, and a fruity depth that pairs beautifully with strong cheeses and grilled meats.

German finesse

The German producer delivers fresh, elegant ciders with a clear fruit expression and a clean finish. These ciders are approachable, perfect as an entry point or as a companion to light dishes like fish and salads.

Why this selection

We chose small producers who pay attention to raw materials and process. That yields bottles you won’t find everywhere and that invite tasting and comparison.
